Our Story

Green Mango is named in honour of the owner Nattaya (Nat’s) mother.

Growing up in a small rural town in eastern Thailand, Nat learnt her love of cooking from her Mum who prepared a wide range of Thai dishes for her family using recipes passed down from her grandmother.

Mango is widely renowned in Asia as ‘the king of all fruits’ for its unique taste and versatility, offering a different taste experience in the raw green and ripened state. It’s a key ingredient in many popular Thai dishes and a particular favourite of Nat’s mother.
